What you type into the quote or contact form: your name, contact details, ZIP code, date of birth, and the coverage, tobacco and health answers you choose to give. We also record the page the form was sent from and a standard server log of the request.

Why we collect it

To quote and, if you ask us to, to place life insurance coverage on your behalf. Health-related answers are used only to obtain accurate quotes from carriers.

Who we share it with

Our agency management system, and the insurance carriers we quote for you. We do not sell or share your information with third-party marketers. Form submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.

How long we keep it

Quote and contact requests are kept while there is a business or legal reason to keep them. Insurance agencies in Texas have record-keeping obligations that outlast the enquiry itself; where those apply we keep the record for as long as they require, after which it is deleted.

Your choices
